Terms of use
These terms explain how the LOORAH website, Etsy handoff, and project inquiry paths operate.
Using the site
You may browse public product and editorial information, save products to a project board, and submit general, made-to-measure, or trade requests. Please provide accurate information and do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site.
Ready-to-Ship purchases
When a live Etsy listing is available, checkout, payment, and the transaction record are provided by Etsy. The Etsy listing and checkout terms apply to that purchase, while LOORAH remains the product contact.
Commissions and trade requests
Submitting a brief does not itself confirm production, timing, availability, or a sale. Feasibility, specifications, quote, approvals, payment arrangements, lead time, shipping, and any cancellation points are confirmed separately in writing.
Product and project information
LOORAH aims to keep material, technique, origin, dimensions, status, care, and lead-time information clear. Availability and project feasibility can change, so the applicable listing, quote, or written confirmation should be reviewed before commitment.
Handmade variation
Handmade pieces may vary in color, texture, dimensions, finish, glaze, weave, or other characteristics within the tolerance relevant to the material and technique. Exact color matching is not promised.
Site content
The LOORAH name, written content, imagery, and design remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Nothing on the site transfers those rights. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.
External services
The site may link to Etsy or other external services. Those services control their own availability, security, terms, and privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
LOORAH may update these terms as the site and operating processes change. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, while a completed purchase or confirmed commission remains governed by the written information agreed for it.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that apply to you.
