LOORAH confirms the route, timing, packing, and destination information available for each order or project.

Dispatch origin

Pieces ship from Morocco unless the product page, Etsy listing, quote, or written order information states otherwise.

Processing and production timing

For a Ready-to-Ship piece purchased on Etsy, processing begins after Etsy confirms payment. The listing and order messages provide the applicable dispatch information.

Made-to-measure timing is confirmed for the order after materials, technique, dimensions, approvals, workshop capacity, and destination are understood. Any earlier range, including an example such as 6 to 10 weeks for some rugs, is indicative only.

Packing, carriers, and delivery

LOORAH reviews packing for the piece and confirms the available shipping arrangement. Carrier estimates may change because of customs, destination access, or events outside LOORAH's control.

Tracking and delivery instructions are shared when available. Please review the shipping details and provide accurate contact and destination information.

Duties, taxes, and import responsibility

Import duties, taxes, brokerage, or destination charges may apply. The customer may be the importer of record depending on the route. Charges are not described as included unless the written order information expressly confirms that they are.

Delivery damage

Inspect the package and piece promptly after delivery. Keep the packaging, photograph the condition and any visible damage, and contact LOORAH through the available contact route so the issue can be reviewed with the shipping information.
