Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions apply to all orders placed through the LOORAH website, inquiry forms, or direct communication.

Vendor

LOORAH is a contemporary Moroccan craft brand operating through loorah.com. Orders and project requests are handled directly by the LOORAH team.

Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed only after written acknowledgement from LOORAH. For ready-to-ship pieces, acceptance occurs through Etsy. For made-to-measure commissions, acceptance is confirmed after feasibility review and written agreement on dimensions, materials, and timeline.

Prices

Prices are shown in USD and EUR on the product page. The applicable price is the one confirmed in writing for the order. LOORAH reserves the right to update published prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Delivery

Pieces are dispatched from Morocco after Morocco-side quality control. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on customs, carrier, and destination factors outside LOORAH's control. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

For made-to-measure commissions, production begins only after written confirmation from both parties. Cancellation after production starts is not accepted. For ready-to-ship pieces purchased via Etsy, Etsy's cancellation and return policy applies.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for pieces that arrive damaged or materially different from what was confirmed in writing. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Handmade variation within the stated tolerance is not grounds for return.

Handmade products

All LOORAH pieces are handmade. Minor natural variation in color, texture, and dimensions within the tolerance stated on the product page is inherent to the craft and does not constitute a defect.
